    Book a room on ISROTEL.COM  and take advantage of our best available rates. On ISROTEL.COM , you will get the best rate online - we guarantee it. When you book your reservation on ISROTEL.COM , you can be confident you've received the best rate for your next visit.

    Should you find a lower rate (same hotel, same dates, same room, same sales conditions, etc.) on another website, within 24 hours of completing a reservation at ISROTEL.COM , Isrotel will match the lower rate found. In addition to that, you’ll be upgraded to the next higher room category, subject to availability at the time of check in at the hotel .

    The ISROTEL.COM Best Rate Guarantee is subject to Terms and Conditions – please review these before submitting your Best Rate Guarantee claim.

    We will review your Best Rate Guarantee claim within 24 hours (working days only) of submission. Claims should be sent by email to  [email protected]  with the subject "Best Rate Guarantee claim".

    (Claims must be submitted prior to making a reservation, or within 24 hours after making a reservation. In addition, claims must be submitted at least 24 hours before your check-in date at the hotel).

    Terms and conditions

    Definition of Best Rate Guarantee

    ISROTEL.COM  guarantees the lowest room price (room rate) or total room cost (including all taxes and fees) publicly available on the Internet.

    If you have made a booking on ISROTEL.COM  and within 24 hours find an equivalent offer on another website for the same hotel at a lower room price (room rate) and total room cost (including all taxes and fees), we will honor this rate and upgrade your room to the next higher category subject to availability at the time of check in at the hotel.

    The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the ISROTEL.COM English website only.

    Room types / Dates / Length of stay / Number of guests / Value-added amenities

    The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the equivalent room type as the one booked on the Internet site ISROTEL.COM . It means the same hotel, same type of accommodation, same dates, same number of guests, including similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., free meals, WOW show tickets etc.).


    The Best Rate Guarantee applies to prices including Value Added Tax (for Israeli residents, in hotels outside Eilat) or excluding Value Added Tax (for foreign residents).

    Rates types

    Best rate guarantee does NOT apply to the following rate types:

    *Unpublished or negotiated rates (e.g., corporate discount rates, meeting rates);
    *Group rates, including Subscription Groups
    *Rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, offered pursuant to direct mail or email solicitations, requiring discount codes or coupons, or otherwise not intended for the general public;
    *Any rates found on websites that package the hotel room and other travel components (e.g., rates that include a combination of a room and flights, etc);
    *Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 20 nights.
    *Rates available on auction websites.
    *Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed (e.g., Hotwire, Priceline).

    Booking terms

    The booking conditions applicable to the Comparison Rate (such as advanced payment and deposit, change and cancellation policies) must be of similar weighting to the booking conditions of the rate booked on ISROTEL.COM .

    If the ISROTEL.COM  Best Rate Guarantee Claim refers to a reservation consisting of several nights accommodation, the average rate for each night will be compared to the average rate for each night / the price per night and not on the total amount of the stay / the average nightly room price and the average nightly total room cost for your valid room booking, for an identical reservation, using the website where the Comparison Rate is found.


    *If the rate found on another website is given in a currency different from that of the rate booked on ISROTEL.COM , the customer service department will convert this rate into the same currency as the rate offered on the ISROTEL.COM  website.
    *The exchange rate used will be the exchange rate in effect on ISROTEL.COM  website at the time of the initial reservation / Best Rate Guarantee Claim is being reviewed/validated
    *After converting a rate, Isrotel reserves the right to refuse a claim, in particular if the difference between the rates is due to the fact that the two Internet sites use different exchange rates.
    *Room price has to be paid in the currency of the hotel.

    Claim making terms

    Claims must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your time of arrival at the hotel.

    The claim must include the lower rate and an exact link of another website where the rate can be confirmed.

    Lower rate can also be confirmed by an official print screen or email confirmation of a reservation made by you on the competing website or by form of other evidence that we may deem acceptable.

    To make a claim, please write us an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Best Rate Guarantee claim". The e-mail should be written in one of the following supported languages: English, Hebrew, French or Russian.

    All required information must be included in the email. Claims with insufficient data cannot be validated and accepted as well as emails in an unsupported language.

    Claim handling

    The Comparison Rate must be publicly viewable and bookable online.

    Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate must still be available at the time Isrotel validates the claim.

    Isrotel will convert any competing rate offered in a different currency than the rate made available through ISROTEL.COM, and may deny claims where it determines that the difference between the rates is due to exchange rate fluctuations.

    Booking fees, extra adult fees, fees for children, rollaway charges will be included in the rate comparison. Taxes, gratuities, or any mandatory charges that may apply at Isrotel hotels (e.g., resort charges) will be excluded from the rate comparison.

    Isrotel may deny claims where the difference between the competing rate and the rate on the Isrotel website is less than one percent.

    The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where ISROTEL.COM or certain rates are not available due to an error, an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Isrotel's reasonable control.

    Isrotel has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and will not review documentation provided by the individual submitting a claim as part of its validation process. Isrotel reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a competing rate at the time it processes the claim.

    Isrotel may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee, if in its sole discretion Isrotel  determines that such person has: (1) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (2) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, (3) submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims; (4) failed to stay at Isrotel Hotels after receiving approved Best Rate Guarantee Claims; or (5) breached any of these BRG Terms.

    Once the information on your claim form has met all the necessary conditions and it has been verified, the rate of your Isrotel reservation will be matched.

    Isrotel will verify the lower rate and will notify you of the results within 48 hours of your claim. The customer service department will send you an e-mail with the confirmation number of your reservation and the new rate that applies to your reservation.

    In the case of a prepaid reservation rate, the hotel will reimburse the difference on the card used initially online.

    If the claim does not meet the conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee, the customer service department will send you an e-mail stating that the Guarantee cannot be applied.

    Once a valid claim has been made and approved for a specific date, no further claims by the same person or anyone in the same household will be accepted for the same date. If an individual or members of the same household make multiple claims for two or more nights in the same seven (7) day period at the same hotel, the claims will be treated as, and limited to, one claim for one stay, even if booked through more than one reservation, and only the Best Rate Guarantee claim for the first night will be honored.

    Should you wish to cancel the reservation made on ISROTEL.COM, the cancellation conditions applicable are those stated in the sales conditions presented online.

    Payment at the hotel

    Upon departure from the hotel, the rate confirmed by the customer service department will be billed together with any other services not included in the reservation (restaurant, bar, etc.).

    In the event that the rate was prepaid at the time of the booking, only the services not included in the reservation (restaurant, bar, etc.) will be billed at check-out.


    Isrotel declines any responsibility as to any expenses that may arise from cancelling a reservation, for all reservations that are made on an Internet site other than ISROTEL.COM.

    Isrotel reserves the right to modify or terminate the Best Rate Guarantee, its terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

    At any time up to the date of stay, Isrotel reserves the right to revoke any and all benefits of a Guarantee (including the right to cancel the lower prices for the rest of the nights of a multi-night reservation if it is found that a customer has attempted to or has violated or circumvented the Best Rate Guarantee Terms & Conditions.

    Resale of rooms eligible for the Guarantee is strictly prohibited. In the event Isrotel believes that a room eligible for the Guarantee has been resold, or the Guarantee is otherwise being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent, Isrotel reserves the right to reject future Best Rate Guarantee claims from any persons who participated in such actions.
